My Story

For a long time, I felt lost without really noticing it. On the outside, everything looked fine. I was the mother who had her smile ready, the wife who kept moving, the person who never stopped. One morning, one of those rare quiet ones I slipped away alone on a trip to California. I didn’t plan anything special, I just needed space to breathe. And there, I found myself standing in front of a giant sequoia for the first time.

It was overwhelming. This living being had stood there for over two thousand years. It had survived fires, storms, droughts… things that should have broken it. Yet it was still there—silent, steady, unbelievably strong.
